📣As 2021 Comes To A Close, It’s Time To Review Your Year In Wins!
In order to grow, we must reflect. Sometimes the reflection is negative, we look at where we feel we failed instead of celebrating wins. It’s time to celebrate!
Look At All Areas Of Your Life
👉 Fun & Adventure
A lot of us find it really difficult to seek out fun and adventure, but fun and adventure can be found close to home. It can be found in the new walk that you have found down the street. It could be in some new friendships, it could be found in some of the hobbies that you might have taken on board or even some of those terrible Zoom drinks that you might have actually had some fun at. Think about what is some of the fun and some of the adventure that you managed to incorporate into your year.
👉 Personal Friendships/Relationships
It's been really difficult to spend quality time with some people that are far away. However, it has also been a year that has brought parents and children closer together, It's brought couples and friends closer together. It's been a year, where for the first time ever we can have a conversation with another person anywhere in the world, and be experiencing a very similar life. Have a look at your personal friendships, have a look at your relationships.
👉 Financial Growth
Even if this year has been a downturn in your normal financial growth, what have you done? How have you managed to see yourself through, to see your family through what have you learned from your finances in the last year for some of you that might have had more difficult times? And for some of you that haven't, you know, for some people COVID has been fantastic financial growth, so maybe your career has grown. Maybe you've been promoted. And if not, what is it that you did to help mitigate that? How did you get through the year that was with your finances intact? Think about where are those wins.
👉 Business Success
The last couple of years has been pivotal years in a lot of people's businesses. How did you pivot, did you pivot in your business? Did you pivot within your leadership roles, within your organisation, maybe the organisations you were working with pivoted? Look at how you were able to change with the times given, the times have definitely been different.
👉 Health & Fitness
For many of us, it's been difficult because we can't go to a regular gym. We can't have our regular personal training sessions. It's been harder to watch what we eat because we have been at home. But look at some of the wins, it could have been a lot worse or maybe you found something that you could do, for your physical health, also for your mental wellbeing, maybe you've started meditating. Maybe you've learned to share your emotions more effectively. Maybe you've learned to communicate even better with your friends and your family. Think about what you've done to support your own mental and physical wellbeing.
👉 Intellectual & Spiritual Development
We constantly need to grow, If we're not growing, we are dying. Let's think about what have you done to be able to help yourself grow intellectually or help yourself grow spiritually. Have you looked at any courses over the year, have you built some stronger friendships that have helped you to learn something from some new people? Have you learned from yourself and really done more of a deep dive into your own identity into your own spirituality?
Conclusion
Think about how is it that you can document a win. Documenting wins will help us to ask the universe to bring more of those wins to us. It's incredible if you've ever done this in the past, have a look through and see what it was that you've put down as a win and see how much that has grown or improved year upon year.
The wins that I'd like you to think about are fun and adventure, personal friendships, or relationships, looking at your financial growth, looking at business growth, looking at your health and fitness, and then your intellectual and, and spiritual growth.
